Here’s a quick, no-fluff guide for screen print transfers using a heat press:

1. Preheat the press

* Temp: 325–350°F (follow your transfer’s instructions)

* Time: 7–10 seconds

2. Prep the garment

* Place shirt on press

* Pre-press for 2–5 seconds to remove moisture/wrinkles

3. Position the transfer

* Place transfer design side down

* Make sure it’s straight

4. Press

* Use firm pressure

* Press for 7–10 seconds
