Here’s a simple, quick guide to using a heat press for DTF (Direct-to-Film) transfers:

1. Preheat your press

* Set temperature: 300–325°F (check your transfer instructions)

* Set time: 10–15 seconds

2. Prep the garment

* Place shirt on the press

* Press it for 3–5 seconds to remove moisture and wrinkles

3. Position the transfer

* Place the DTF transfer design side down (film facing up)

* Make sure it’s straight and centered

4. Press

* Apply medium to firm pressure

* Press for 10–15 secon
